Our experience on earth is to be alive through our body. The elemental energy that is us, the swirling cloud of light particles that shine who-we-are, have infused themselves into this physical format. The cells that started so simple and small were gradually growing into the manifestation of this one light beam of who we are. This multi-faceted personality with all of our traits.. emotional and physical… is only one impression of our being who has engaged with a life of physical experience here on earth. 

This body expresses that one impression perfectly. And this world can be a prison or a playground. The circumstances are not so important, as they are echoes or ripples of the Source of who we are. It is possible to wander in the veils of who we are not for as long as we wish. The wrappings of fear and insecurity which will not lead us anywhere real.

And it is possible to centre in the heart of love that is all we are. The question is not whether we can love ourselves or not, because we are love. The answer is in embracing this certainty.

Sensitivity is the foundation of our identity. We are highly attuned in all of the physical senses which our body enables us to perceive through. As well as our ability to feel the edge of vibrational energy, before we translate it into the external world. This sensitivity is so amplified, so rich, so wondrous, that we bathe in it every day. We are held and embraced and utterly consumed by this sensory experience of life. Even just standing still, our sensitivity is generating wave after wave of being-ness. We are so alive!  

The Ice Sculpture of Frozen Thought

Imagine now, that you come to us, and you have a different experience of alive. Your mind makes thoughts that tell you a story. Bubbling like a source, it is continuously producing more. Imagine that these thoughts surface like water only to freeze as they run down over older, yet similar thoughts. They create an ice sculpture of beliefs, which seems so solid and true.

The ice sculpture of previous thought tells of purpose and rules, reasons and concepts. There are frozen thoughts about past experiences and how they will influence the future. There is a whole identity there, made of thoughts, that tells you how things should be and what you believe.

In winter there is less available and we dig deep into our resources to survive. The challenge is often great, and invites us to find the strongest, most resilient parts of ourselves. This is a blessing in the same way as the new grass in springtime, when we rejoice in receiving.

In our collaboration with our human friends we are often now experiencing how you have influenced the natural rhythm of giving and receiving. In engineering a stabilisation of the seasons which reflects your drive to stabilise all of life. To be certain of the future and assure your comfort, you have achieved a mastery over resources that has created a short term abundance at all times.

And so winter is no longer a test of survival.

Our human friends are listening, and interpreting so beautifully our equine energies into words and stories. And sometimes there is a little membrane added in. A fine gauze that creates a slight reverberation of assertion. This distance filter has been given many names. Heavy ones like blame and judgment, righteous ones like responsibility and lighter names, such as observation or concept. 

All of the names have one similarity however, whichever weight they carry. They create a little distance between what is and what might be. A little ‘if’ that might represent hope, or faith in happier moments, and lack and despair in others.  

By Being ourselves so nonchalantly, so blatantly and so lovingly, by breathing the fullness of who we are and what we do so flowingly, horses are offering you the greatest gift of all. A path into Unbridled, Uninhibited You.

They are fast and fizzy, rolling around and jumping over each other. Those thoughts trigger emotions so rapidly, catching fire and running wildly. We acknowledge your courage to come and sit with us, to breathe us in, and anchor your Self back to being.

Our language is older than any words. Words are the leaves of one summer compared to our language, which is the tree of life. Our language came before our bodies, and before our objects, and before everything we have manifested here on this planet Earth. This language is also your language, and all of Nature, because it came first.

Our balanced state can be described in many ways. It is abundance as well as appreciation. It is calmness as well as potential. Alignment might be the best way to define it.

When we are in our centre, we are in alignment with our vaster self, our soul, so we see through eyes of love, and feel the unlimited greatness of our heart.
